Privacy Policy
SaleADS, Inc. ("SaleADS", "we", "us", or "our") respects your right to privacy. This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") explains who we are, how we collect, share, and use information about you, and how you can exercise your privacy rights. This Privacy Policy applies to all users of SaleADS websites and services, including but not limited to https://saleads.ai/es and any related web, mobile, or SaaS interfaces we make available (depending on your use, the "Site" and/or the "Service"). For further information on the terms that govern your use of the Service, please refer to our Terms and Conditions or any service order or subscription agreement you may have signed with us.
1. What does SaleADS do?
SaleADS is a provider of software for online advertising and marketing campaign management, including tools for connecting your Meta and other advertising accounts, managing campaigns, automating ad creation using artificial intelligence, analyzing performance data, and optimizing creatives and audiences. SaleADS is headquartered in the United States. Our platform allows businesses and marketing professionals to authenticate with third-party platforms (such as Meta, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google, and other integrations we may support), create and manage campaigns, analyze performance, and generate AI-powered recommendations and content. 2. Information Collected
We collect information about visitors to our Site, our customers and their authorized users of the Service, individuals who interact with our customers' social media pages and ads, prospective customers, business contacts, and job applicants. We collect information from the following sources:
- Information We Collect Directly from You: The type of information that we collect directly from you varies based on your interaction with our Site and our Service. For example, we collect information directly from you when you register an account with us, request a demo, subscribe to a plan, liaise with us on a customer support issue, apply for a job, or complete a form on the Site and/or Service. This information may include your name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, login credentials, and any other information you choose to provide. We also collect information that you send us via any medium, including, but not limited to, email and phone calls. In addition, depending on how you use the Service, we may collect information about you from your interactions on third-party properties, such as your social media handle, username, profile, postings, ad performance data, and messages or responses that you exchange with our customers in connection with advertising campaigns.
- Information We Receive from Customers: We receive information from our customers in order to provide the Service. Such information may include contact information for their personnel (e.g., administrators and other authorized users), information about their social media and advertising accounts, and data related to campaigns run through those accounts. This may include social media handles, usernames, profile pictures, biographies, follower counts, website URLs, first and last names (if provided), and messages or communications between our customers and their own audiences.
- Information We Receive from Advertising Accounts and Integrations: When you connect your Meta, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google, Shopify, or other supported account to the Service, we receive information from those third-party platforms to enable us to provide the Service. This may include account identifiers, page or business manager IDs, campaign and ad set details, performance metrics, creative assets, targeting parameters, and other data as authorized by you through the third-party platform's permissions.
- Information We Receive About Content Creators, Viewers, and End Users: In connection with campaigns and analytics, we may receive information about individuals who view or interact with our customers' ads, posts, and other content. This may include social media handles, usernames, publicly available profile information, engagement metrics, and other information made available by social platforms or our customers. We may receive this information from customers, from third-party data providers, and from publicly available sources.
- Information from Job Applicants: If you apply for a role with SaleADS, we may collect your contact details, resume or CV data, employment and education history, references, and any other information you choose to submit in connection with your application.
3. Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our Site or use our Service, we may collect certain information automatically from your device. This information may be considered personal information under applicable data protection laws. Specifically, the information we collect automatically may include information such as your IP address, device type, unique device identification numbers, browser type, operating system, broad geographic location (e.g., country or city-level location), and other technical information. We may also collect information about how your device has interacted with our Site (including the pages accessed and links clicked) or Service (including features used, campaigns created, and content accessed). We use this information for our internal analytics purposes and to improve the quality and relevance of our Site and Service. 4. Information from Other Sources
We also collect information from other sources. The following are the categories of sources from which we may collect information:
- Data brokers or resellers from which we purchase data to verify and supplement the data we collect.
- Social networks when you engage with our content, reference our Site or Service, or grant us permission to access information from those social networks.
- Partners that offer co-branded services, resell or distribute our products, or engage in joint marketing activities with us.
- Customers that provide us with information which we process as a service provider on their behalf.
- Advertising and analytics partners that help us understand how users discover and use the Service and help us measure the effectiveness of our own marketing.
5. Do-Not-Track
Your browser settings may allow you to automatically transmit a "Do Not Track" signal to online services you visit. Note, however, that there is no industry consensus as to what site and app operators should do with regard to these signals. Accordingly, unless and until the law is interpreted to require us to do so, our systems do not currently recognize or respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals. You may, however, be able to disable certain tracking as discussed in this Privacy Policy (for example, by disabling cookies or using private browsing modes).
6. Use of Information
SaleADS processes information for business and commercial purposes in accordance with the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Our business purposes for collecting and using information, include the following:
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Site and Service;
- Provide, configure, and support the Service and other products and services that may be requested or that could be of interest to you;
- Authenticate you when you log into the Service and manage user accounts and preferences;
- Facilitate subscription processing, billing, and account administration;
- Analyze how users access and use the Site and Service in order to improve features, usability, and performance;
- Provide AI-powered recommendations, analytics, and automation based on campaign, creative, and performance data;
- Evaluate user interest and needs in order to make available other offers, products, or services;
- Record calls or communications for quality, training, and Service improvement purposes (where permitted by applicable law and, where required, with your consent);
- Monitor and audit use of the Service, including for troubleshooting, security, and product improvement purposes;
- Provide customer support and respond to requests, questions, and feedback;
- Communicate and provide additional information that may be of interest to you through email or other means, such as special offers, announcements, and marketing materials, in accordance with your communication preferences;
- Conduct online research surveys regarding the Site and/or Service;
- Combine datasets to create aggregated or de-identified data for internal evaluation, analytics, and reporting;
- Send you reminders, technical notices, updates, product announcements, security alerts, and support and administrative messages, service bulletins, or marketing communications;
- Evaluate and process job applications, including reviewing employment and education history, references, and any other information you submit;
- Manage our everyday business needs such as Site and Service administration, analytics, fraud prevention, enforcement of our corporate reporting obligations and legal terms, and to comply with applicable law; and
- Fulfill any other business or commercial purposes at your direction or with your notice and/or consent.
We may use information that does not identify you (including information that has been aggregated or de-identified) for any purpose, except as prohibited by applicable law. 7. Categories of Third Parties With Whom We May Share Your Information
We share information we collect in accordance with the practices described in this Privacy Policy. The following are the categories of recipients:
- Affiliates, Service Providers, and Partners: We share information with our affiliates, service providers, and partners who provide data processing services to us (for example, to support the delivery of, provide functionality on, or help to enhance the security of our Site or Service), or who otherwise process information for purposes that are described in this Privacy Policy or for which we provide you notice when we collect your information. We contractually prohibit our service providers from retaining, using, or disclosing information about you for any purpose other than performing services for us, although we may permit them to use information that does not identify you (including information that has been aggregated or de-identified) for any purpose except as prohibited by applicable law.
- Customers and Authorized Users: We may share information with our customers and their authorized users as needed to provide the Service, manage their accounts, and support campaign management and analytics.
- Resellers and Channel Partners: Where permitted by applicable law, we may provide certain contact information of customers or potential customers to local resellers or channel partners to market or support the Service.
- Law Enforcement and Legal Requests: We may disclose information to any competent law enforcement body, regulatory authority, government agency, court, or other third party where we believe disclosure is necessary: (i) as a matter of applicable law or regulation; (ii) to exercise, establish, or defend our legal rights; or (iii) to protect your vital interests or those of any other person.
- Business Transfers: We may disclose information to a potential or actual buyer (and its agents, investors, and/or advisors) in connection with any proposed or actual purchase, merger, acquisition, or other corporate transaction involving any part of our business, provided that we inform the buyer it must use your information only for the purposes disclosed in this Privacy Policy.
- Vendors for Analytics and Advertising: We may share information with vendors for business and commercial purposes, including analytics and advertising technology companies. Vendors may act as our service providers or, in certain contexts, independently decide how to process your information. - Sweepstakes, Contests, and Promotions: When you voluntarily enter a sweepstakes, contest, or other promotion, we may share information as set out in the official rules that govern the promotion, as well as for administrative purposes and as required by law (for example, on a winners list).
- Public Content: When you make information public through the Site or Service (for example, in a public profile or public-facing comments or content), that information may be publicly viewable. Please think carefully before making information public, as you are solely responsible for any information you make public.
- With Your Consent or at Your Direction: We may share information with any other person or entity with notice to you and your consent to the disclosure, or when you request or direct us to share information (for example, when you choose to share information with a social network or other third-party platform about your activities on the Service).
We may share information that does not identify you (including information that has been aggregated or de-identified) except as prohibited by applicable law.
Please note the Service uses third-party services, and if you use these third-party services through the Service, you are subject to the privacy policies of these third-party services (as applicable), including but not limited to Meta, Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, Google, YouTube, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, and Twitch. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you connect or interact with.
8. Data Retention
We retain information we collect from you where we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so (for example, to provide you with a service you have requested or to comply with applicable legal, tax, or accounting requirements). When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your information, we will either delete or anonymize it in accordance with our data retention policies, or, in the limited circumstances where this is not possible (for example, because your information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
9. Sensitive Personal Information
The terms that govern your use of the Service prohibit you from providing SaleADS with sensitive personal information as that term is defined under applicable law (for example, information relating to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data for identification purposes, health information, or information about a person's sex life or sexual orientation), unless we have expressly agreed in writing to receive and process such information.
10. Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data (EEA or UK visitors/users only)
If you are a visitor or user from the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, our legal basis for collecting and using the personal data described above will depend on the personal data concerned and the specific context in which we collect it. However, we will normally collect personal data from you only where we have your consent to do so, where we need the personal data to perform a contract with you, or where the processing is in our legitimate interests and not overridden by your data protection interests or fundamental rights and freedoms. In some cases, we may also have a legal obligation to collect personal data from you.
If we ask you to provide personal data to comply with a legal requirement or to perform a contract with you, we will make this clear at the relevant time and advise you whether the provision of your personal data is mandatory or not (as well as of the possible consequences if you do not provide your personal data). Similarly, if we collect and use your personal data in reliance on our legitimate interests (or those of any third party), we will make clear to you at the relevant time what those legitimate interests are. 13. Your Data Protection Rights
You have the following data protection rights, subject to applicable law:
- Access, Correction, and Deletion: If you wish to access, correct, update, or request deletion of your information, you can do so at any time by contacting us using the contact details provided under the "How to Contact Us" section below. Note that if you submit a request to delete your information, this may impact your ability to use the Site and/or Service.
- Objection and Restriction (EEA/UK only): If you are a resident of the EEA or the UK, you may have the right to object to processing of your personal data, ask us to restrict processing of your personal data, or request portability of your personal data. You can exercise these rights by contacting us using the details below.
- Marketing Communications: You have the right to opt out of marketing communications we send you at any time. You can exercise this right by clicking on the "unsubscribe" or "opt-out" link in the marketing emails we send you. To opt out of other forms of marketing (such as postal marketing or telemarketing), please contact us using the contact details provided under the "How to Contact Us" section below.
- Withdrawal of Consent: If we have collected and processed your information with your consent, you can withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing conducted prior to your withdrawal, nor will it affect processing conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.
- Right to Complain: You have the right to complain to a data protection authority about our collection and use of your information. For more information, please contact your local data protection authority.
We respond to all requests we receive from individuals wishing to exercise their data protection rights in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Where we process your information solely on behalf of a customer, we may be legally required to forward your request directly to our customer or to a social media platform for their review and handling.
14. Security & User ID/Password
Our Site and Service implement and maintain various reasonable and appropriate administrative, physical, and technical security safeguards to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These safeguards may include network and host security controls, data encryption, and access controls. You should protect your user ID and password and not share them with anyone. If you believe your user ID or password have been compromised, please contact us promptly. Nevertheless, transmission via the internet is not completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information about you.
15. CAN-SPAM Compliance Notice (U.S. users only)
We may send periodic promotional or informational emails to you. You may opt out of promotional communications by following the unsubscribe or opt-out instructions contained in the email. Please note that it may take several business days for us to process opt-out requests. If you opt out of receiving promotional emails, we may still send you emails about your account or any Service you have requested or received from us.
16. International Transfers
Your information may be transferred to, and processed in, countries other than the country in which you are resident. For example, if you are a resident of Canada or a country in the EEA, your personal information may be transferred to the United States for processing. These countries may have data protection laws that are different from the laws of your country. Specifically, our servers are located in the United States, and our group companies and third-party service providers and partners may operate around the world. We take appropriate safeguards to ensure that your information will remain protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements, which may include implementing Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms where required.
17. Contacting Us, Complaints and Dispute Resolution

We will review and respond to your inquiry within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable laws. If you are located in the EEA, the UK, or another jurisdiction that provides you with the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, you may also contact your local data protection authority if you believe that we have not adequately addressed your concerns.
18. Children
The Service is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under thirteen (13) years of age. Consistent with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA), we do not knowingly request or collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent. Any person who provides personal information to us through our Site or Service represents that they are at least 13 years of age. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe we have collected information from your child in a manner not permitted by law, please contact us at support@saleads.ai and we will take reasonable steps to delete such information as required by applicable law.
19. Your Nevada Privacy Rights
Nevada law (SB 220) permits customers in Nevada to opt out of the sale of certain kinds of personal information. SaleADS does not sell your personal information to third parties as defined in Nevada law. 20. Updates to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in response to changing legal, technical, or business developments. When we update our Privacy Policy, we will take appropriate measures to inform you, consistent with the significance of the changes we make (for example, by posting a notice on the Site or by sending you an email notification). We will obtain your consent to any material Privacy Policy changes if and where this is required by applicable data protection laws. You can see when this Privacy Policy was last updated by checking the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
21. Additional Disclosures for Certain U.S. State Residents
Residents of certain U.S. states, such as California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and others, may have additional privacy rights under applicable state law, including rights to know, access, correct, delete, and restrict certain processing of personal information, as well as rights related to opt-outs of certain data sharing or targeted advertising. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request, and certain exceptions or limitations may apply.
22. California Shine the Light
Pursuant to Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code, residents of California can obtain certain information about the types of personal information that companies with whom they have an established business relationship have shared with third parties for direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year. In particular, the law provides that companies must inform consumers about the categories of personal information that have been shared with third parties, the names and addresses of those third parties, and examples of the types of services or products marketed by those third parties. 12. Social Media and Technology Integrations
We offer parts of our Service through websites, platforms, and services operated or controlled by separate entities. In addition, we integrate technologies operated or controlled by separate entities into parts of our Site and Service. Some examples include:
Meta Ad and Business Integrations. The Service allows you to connect your Meta accounts (for example, Facebook Pages, Instagram business profiles, WhatsApp Business, and/or Meta Business Manager and associated ad accounts) so that you can create, manage, and analyze advertising and marketing campaigns directly from SaleADS. When you connect these accounts, Meta will ask you to grant SaleADS certain permissions, and, if you approve, we will receive information from Meta such as your Page and ad account identifiers, campaigns, ad sets and ads, creative assets, targeting parameters, performance metrics, and other information necessary to provide the Service. We use this information solely to operate the Service on your behalf, in accordance with this Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions. Your relationship with Meta and its services is also governed by Meta's own terms and privacy policies.
Please note that when you interact with other entities, including when you leave our Site or Service, those entities may independently collect information about you and solicit information from you. The information collected and stored by those entities remains subject to their own policies, terms, and practices. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with and consult their privacy policies and terms of use.
